Returns

You have 14 days to return your order if an item does not meet your expectations. Here’s how to do it:

How it works

First, check with your supplier whether you can return the goods free of charge or whether they need to charge a transport fee.

Your supplier then authorises the return in the background, allowing us to generate a parcel label. We’ll send it to the email address registered on your account.

Pack the goods securely to prevent damage and attach the label to the parcel.

The relevant carrier will come to your address and collect the parcel.
