Description

Spring washers to DIN 127 secure bolts and nuts against self-loosening caused by vibration. They are placed directly under the bolt head or the nut.

The washer size depends on the thread diameter of the bolt; the inside diameter is always slightly larger than the nominal size. Washers that have been flattened or bent open no longer have any spring effect and are replaced on disassembly.
