Description

The cranked hinge is used where the flap and frame do not lie in the same plane, for example with overlapping doors or lids on bodies and storage boxes.

When replacing it, the direction and depth of the crank should be compared with the old hinge in addition to the outer dimensions. If the crank differs, the flap will not close flush or will not sit properly against the seal.
