Description

7-pin plastic trailer socket with cut-off contact and seal for the towing vehicle. With the trailer plugged in, the cut-off contact switches off, for example, the rear fog lamp of the towing vehicle, and the seal keeps moisture away from the contacts.

The cores are connected via screw terminals. Before disconnecting the old socket, note the pin assignment, fit wire end ferrules to fine-stranded cores and route the cable with strain relief. After installation, check all lighting functions with the trailer connected.
