Description

13-pin plastic trailer socket with cut-off contact for 12 V vehicle electrical systems on the towing vehicle. The cut-off contact detects a connected trailer, and the seal protects against moisture and dirt.

The cut-off contact is wired to the vehicle so that, for example, the rear fog lamp of the towing vehicle switches off when the trailer is plugged in. Before connecting, note the pin assignment of the existing cable and clamp the cores firmly via the screw terminals. Finally, check all functions with the trailer connected.
