Description
Gasket for round 7-pin sockets on the towing vehicle. It protects the plug connection from splash water and dirt, which would otherwise reach the contacts.
It is renewed when the socket is replaced or when the gasket has visibly hardened. Corroded contacts are a common cause of trailer lighting failures. Remove the old gasket completely and clean the contact surface.
