Shipping and Payment Terms

We want your order to arrive quickly and reliably. Here you will find all the important information about shipping methods, delivery times and costs at BÜNTE.

General information

As a general rule, all prices listed on BÜNTE are ex works (EXW). The purchase contract is concluded directly between the supplier and the customer. The operator of BÜNTE is not a party to this contract but acts as an intermediary for the order.

Shipping terms vary between suppliers. Before you complete your purchase, the available shipping methods and costs are displayed in detail, together with the relevant options. Your basket may contain items from more than one supplier. In this case, multiple shipping charges may apply. Some suppliers also offer a next-day service. The costs vary considerably and cannot be specified in detail here. This service may involve substantially higher shipping charges.

Your order is usually delivered within 1–3 working days. Shipping costs are generally approximately EUR 10 net per parcel. For same-day processing, most suppliers must receive the order by 2:30 pm.

Express delivery

Express-Lieferung

If you need your goods particularly quickly, some suppliers offer express delivery. We define this as an overnight shipment, meaning delivery by overnight express. These providers deliver without requiring a signature. A photograph of the parcels left at the delivery location is usually taken. As a rule, the goods are considered delivered from that point onwards, and the customer is responsible for theft or damage.

We offer a range of payment options to make purchasing as easy as possible. Availability depends on the individual sellers, who can decide whether to offer all or only selected payment methods.

Payment by invoice

After completing your purchase, you will receive an invoice. Please pay the amount by bank transfer directly to the seller within 8 days of receiving the invoice.

Billie

Pay for your goods by invoice within 30 days. Our payment partner Billie handles the transaction securely and quickly. Once you have placed your order, you will be redirected to Billie, where you will be asked to enter your company name, billing address and email address. You will then receive an invoice from Billie for your purchase, which you pay directly to Billie.

PayPal

With PayPal, you can shop on BÜNTE quickly, easily and securely from the comfort of your home and benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. You can select PayPal as your payment method during checkout.

Although BÜNTE is not a party to the purchase contract, we also see ourselves as an important link and intermediary when it comes to shipping. We want both customers and suppliers to be satisfied and are therefore happy to help ensure shipments reach their intended destinations, irrespective of legal considerations. Our dedicated dispatch team can provide prompt and effective assistance, even with complex enquiries.
