About Proplast
Proplast is a leading German manufacturer of lighting systems for the commercial vehicle and trailer industry. The brand stands for technological excellence and distinctive design. Through its consistent specialisation in LED technology and integrated wiring solutions, Proplast offers products characterised by extreme durability, low power consumption and outstanding resistance to environmental influences.
Innovation through integration
A key feature of Proplast products is the holistic system approach. The company supplies not only lamps but complete, pre-assembled wiring solutions that minimise installation errors.
- PRO-CAN series: One of the most successful modular LED lamp series worldwide. Its ultra-compact design means it can be integrated almost anywhere on the vehicle, and it is fully potted to be completely watertight.
- PRO-CURVE technology: Innovative, flexible LED outline marker lamps that give way under mechanical impact, greatly reducing the likelihood of failure on contact with obstacles.
- Flat design: Proplast is a pioneer of extremely flat rear lamps that barely affect the overall vehicle length and reduce the risk of damage when manoeuvring.
- Highest protection ratings: Almost all LED components are certified to IP6K9K, which means they can even withstand cleaning with a high-pressure steam cleaner.
Sustainability and service
Although Proplast lamps are designed as maintenance-free units, the company places great emphasis on clear labelling and system compatibility. This allows fleet operators and trailer owners to reorder individual components precisely for years to come and to keep the vehicle's lighting system up to date with the latest technology.
