Description
The tow ball with threaded stud is inserted through the towing bracket or cross member of the towing vehicle and bolted in place. The ball is E13-tested to R55 and approved for road use.
In addition to towing capacity and nose weight, the D-value is decisive for selection and must suit the combination of towing vehicle and trailer. Compare the material thickness of the towing bracket or cross member with the stud length so that the nut engages fully. Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
