Description

The WINTERHOFF WW 8-E+SB+HAL is a coupling head for trailers with a square drawbar tube. The coupling connects the trailer to the tow ball of the towing vehicle. Typical applications are light, unbraked trailers such as garden or motorcycle trailers.

The hole pattern allows either vertical or horizontal bolting, so the coupling fits drawbar tubes with different bore positions. Versions with and without the +HAL suffix have different manufacturer numbers; the fitted coupling is identified by its type designation and manufacturer number. New bolts and self-locking nuts should be used for fitting and tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
