Description

The WINTERHOFF WW 8-A+HAL is a coupling head for trailers with a round drawbar tube, fitted with vertical bolting. The coupling connects the trailer to the tow ball of the towing vehicle.

Versions with and without the +HAL suffix have different manufacturer numbers; the fitted coupling is identified by its type designation and manufacturer number. Selection depends on tube diameter, type of bolting, hole spacing and bore diameter; these dimensions should be measured on the existing drawbar. New bolts and self-locking nuts should be used for fitting and tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
