Description

The WINTERHOFF WW 220-RB is a coupling head for trailers with a round drawbar, fitted with cross bolting. The coupling connects the trailer to the tow ball of the towing vehicle. The sister version WW 220-RA is intended for the smaller drawbar tube.

Selection depends on tube diameter, type of bolting, hole spacing and bore diameter; these dimensions should be measured on the existing drawbar. The permitted gross weight of the coupling must be at least equal to that of the trailer, and the nose weight must not be exceeded in use. New bolts and self-locking nuts should be used for fitting and tightened to the torque specified by the manufacturer.
