Description

BPW DIN towing eye D40 for insertion into the drawbar tube of the overrun couplings AK 1308 and AK 2008, with mounting kit. The eye is bolted to the tube via two cross-offset bores.

Decisive for the fit are the shank diameter and the cross hole spacing on the existing tube. The permissible load of 2000 kg must not be exceeded; eyes with a larger connection are intended for heavier trailers. Tighten the supplied bolts to the specified torque.
