Description

Hydraulic CHAPEL brake cylinder of the Boogie design, available with different piston diameters. The Boogie version is intended for linkage on axle assemblies and pushes on the brake rod via the extending piston.

At the same operating pressure, the actuating force increases with the piston diameter. When replacing, piston diameter and stroke must match; otherwise braking force and travel at the brake lever change.
