Description

The key is a replacement key for a battery isolator switch as fitted on trailers and tippers with an electro-hydraulic system. It is used to switch the power supply on and off.

With the isolator switched off, the battery is disconnected from the vehicle electrical system. This protects it against discharge during longer periods of standstill and prevents unauthorised operation of the hydraulics. Before ordering, compare the key shape with the existing switch.
