Ball stud M8 x 14 mm, 39 mm, ball Ø 10 mm across flats 13, galvanised steel
The galvanised ball studs are screwed in and serve as the pivot point for ball sockets, for example on linkages and gas springs. Stud and socket together form a ball joint.
The versions differ in thread, thread length, overall length, ball diameter and across-flats size. The ball diameter must match the existing ball socket. The overall length affects the distance of the pivot point from the component and therefore the installation position; when replacing, take all dimensions from the old part.
This version differs from the other variants in the range by: M8 x 14 mm, 39 mm, ball Ø 10 mm across flats 13.
