Description

The galvanised ball sockets with safety clip are the counterpart to the ball stud, for example at the connection of gas springs and linkages. The clip encloses the socket and holds it on the ball, so that the connection does not come apart even under vibration.

The versions differ in thread, ball diameter and effective length. When replacing, determine all three values on the old part and make sure the safety clip is fully engaged after fitting.
