Description

The rod eye is a connecting piece with a thread and a bearing eye. It provides a pivoting bolt connection for gas springs or linkages, so that the connected component is not strained as it moves.

When selecting, the thread size must match the mating part and the bore must match the bolt diameter. The effective length determines the installed dimension: when replacing, choose a rod eye with the same effective length, otherwise the installation position and travel will change.
