Description

The cover caps of the GF range are accessories for gas springs and are selected according to the series of the gas spring. The black plastic cap protects the gas spring against dirt and moisture; its bore is matched to the piston rod diameter.

The numbers after GF state the piston rod and cylinder diameter of the gas spring for which the respective cap is intended. The series is usually printed on the cylinder or can be determined by measuring the piston rod and cylinder.

When fitting, do not grip the piston rod with tools, as even small scratches damage the seal of the gas spring.
