Description

The short rod assembly is a length-adjustable connecting piece, for example for the brake rod of trailers. The threaded rod has a left-hand thread at one end and a right-hand thread at the other; turning the rod changes the length without having to release the ends.

The versions differ in thread size and length of the threaded rod. After adjustment, secure the rod against turning, for example with lock nuts, and when used in the brake rod, adjust the brake system as specified by the axle manufacturer.
