Description

Overrun coupling from the KNOTT KFL series in flange version for braked trailers, with KK14-B coupling head and without jockey wheel bracket. When the towing vehicle brakes, the trailer runs up and pushes in the drawbar; this movement is transmitted to the wheel brakes via the brake rods.

KFL12-A and KFL14-A differ in their weight range; the type designation on the type plate is decisive. Before replacement, the hole pattern dimensions A, B and C on the drawbar should be measured and compared with the specification table. The nose weight at the coupling point must not exceed the value specified for the unit.
