Description

KNOTT KFG35-D overrun coupling in flange design for heavy braked trailers. When the towing vehicle brakes, the trailer runs up and pushes in the drawbar; this movement is transmitted to the wheel brakes via the brake rods.

Before replacement, the hole pattern dimensions A, B and C on the drawbar should be measured and compared with the specification table. After installation, the brake system is adjusted, starting at the wheel brakes and only then at the brake rods.

The unit is supplied with a K35-C coupling head and rear jockey wheel bracket; the jockey wheel itself is not included.
