Description

KNOTT KFG30-A overrun coupling in flange version for braked trailers, with K35-A coupling head and without jockey wheel bracket. When the towing vehicle brakes, the trailer runs up and pushes in the drawbar; this movement is transmitted to the wheel brakes via the brake rods.

Overrun coupling, brake rods and wheel brakes are matched to one another; the weight range must cover the trailer's gross vehicle weight. Before replacement, the hole pattern dimensions A, B and C on the drawbar should be measured and compared with the specification table. The nose weight at the coupling point must not exceed the value specified for the unit.
