Description

Complete KNOTT KF30-E overrun coupling in flange version for braked trailers, with K35-A coupling head and without jockey wheel bracket. When the towing vehicle brakes, the trailer runs up and pushes in the drawbar; this movement is transmitted to the wheel brakes via the brake rods.

Before replacement, the hole pattern dimensions A, B and C on the drawbar should be measured and compared with the specification table. The nose weight at the coupling point must not exceed the value specified for the unit. After installation, the brake system is adjusted, starting at the wheel brakes and only then at the brake rods.
