Description

AL-KO S-series overrun coupling for top mounting on light braked trailers, with AK 161 coupling head and Soft-Dock. The coupling is mounted on top of the A-frame drawbar and actuates the wheel brakes via the brake rod when the trailer runs up.

The Soft-Dock acts as a buffer on the coupling head. Before replacement, compare the mounting position, hole spacing and weight range with the existing coupling; switching between top and underslung mounting changes the height of the coupling head.
