Description

AL-KO 251 G overrun coupling for braked trailers, with dead-centre handbrake lever and AK 301 coupling head. The dead-centre handbrake lever locks beyond its dead centre and holds the parking brake in the applied position.

Before replacement, compare the hole pattern on the drawbar flange, the weight range and the nose weight with the existing coupling. The wheel brakes must match the overrun coupling. After fitting, adjust the brake system starting from the wheel brakes and check the effect of the parking brake.
