Description

The KNOTT drawbar is the moving core part of the overrun coupling: it carries the coupling head at the front and, when the trailer runs up against the towing vehicle, slides into the housing and actuates the brake rod via the transmission lever. It is intended for the 3rd-generation KHD35 overrun coupling on braked trailers.

Before ordering, check the generation of the existing overrun coupling on its type plate. The coupling head is bolted on via the hole pattern; hole spacing and bore diameter must match the existing coupling head. When replacing it, check the bearing bushes in the housing and the overrun damper for wear.
