Description

The drawbar is a replacement part for PEITZ overrun couplings PAV/S 1,2 and PAV/S 1,5. During braking, it transfers the forces between the towing vehicle and the trailer to the brake mechanism.

The PAV/S series differs from other PEITZ series in drawbar diameter and length, so compare the type designation on the plate and the dimensions of the old drawbar. After replacement, readjust the brake system starting from the wheel brakes.
