Description

Overrun damper as a replacement for PEITZ overrun couplings of the PAV/SR series in X version; the variants are assigned to the types PAV/SR 1,3 X, 2,0 X and 2,7 X. The damper slows the drawbar as it is pushed in during overrun and prevents jerky braking.

As the PAV/SR was built in several versions, the complete type designation on the type plate including the suffix X is decisive. The eye bores at the two ends differ in size and should be compared with the old part before replacing.
