Description

The KNOTT overrun damper dampens the overrun movement when braking so that the trailer does not run jerkily onto the towing vehicle. The housing is screwed in, the piston rod is attached via an eye.

It belongs in several KNOTT overrun couplings of the light weight class:

KF10 and KF13
KRV13 and KV13
KR13
KV13HV

A damper that can be pushed together by hand without noticeable resistance has lost its effect and must be replaced.
