Description

KNOTT overrun damper for overrun couplings of the KFL series in version A. It damps the movement of the drawbar in the overrun coupling so that the brake does not engage abruptly when the trailer runs up and the trailer does not start to surge.

The two versions differ, among other things, in the eye diameter of the piston rod; the type designation of the overrun coupling is decisive. A damper that leaks or can be pushed together without noticeable resistance needs replacing.
