Description

The ELLEBI overrun damper is the damping element of the CFR 2000 overrun coupling. It slows the inward travel of the drawbar when the towing vehicle decelerates and the trailer runs on, preventing the trailer from pushing forward abruptly.

If the trailer jolts noticeably when braking, the drawbar can be pushed in without resistance or oil leaks from the damper, replacement is due. Before ordering, check the type designation of the overrun coupling and the reference number of the fitted damper.
