Description

Overrun damper as a replacement for KNOTT overrun couplings. The damper slows the thrust of the drawbar during overrun so that the wheel brakes respond evenly. Suitable series:

KF 17-C
KF 20
KR 17-20 and KRV 17-20
KV 20 HV-A

The damper is connected via a bore and a thread. If the drawbar can be pushed in without noticeable resistance with the trailer uncoupled, the damping has worn out.
