Description

Overrun damper for HAHN overrun couplings AER 2 K 20.1. When braking, the drawbar slides into the overrun coupling; the damper slows this movement so that the overrun brake applies evenly.

Both ends are designed as eyes. Abrupt overrun when lifting off the accelerator, or a drawbar that can be pushed in without resistance with the trailer uncoupled, indicates a worn damper.
