Description

The AL-KO shock absorber is the overrun damper for the AL-KO overrun coupling 160 SR. It damps the overrun movement during braking and prevents the trailer from running on abruptly or pitching.

The body and piston rod are each connected via an eye. When replacing, also check the mounting bolts and bushes; if the old damper can be pushed together without resistance, it has lost its damping.
