Description

AL-KO overrun damper for the 131 R overrun coupling. The damper slows the overrun movement of the drawbar when the towing vehicle decelerates, preventing jerky braking and rocking of the trailer.

A defective damper shows itself through a lack of resistance when pushed in or through oil leakage. Before replacement, compare the retracted length and eye diameters with the old damper and tighten the eye bolts to the specified torque.
