Description
The spherical-seat bolt with fine thread centres itself via its spherical collar in a matching spherical seat, such as the countersink of a rim.
Thread, shank length and seat shape are decisive for selection; spherical and conical seats are not interchangeable. Measure the shank length on the old part so that the bolt engages deep enough without bottoming out in the threaded hole. Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
