Description

The spherical-seat nut is the counterpart to M18 x 1,5 knurled wheel studs, as fitted to heavier wheel brakes on trailer axles. The spherical seat centres the wheel in the spherically countersunk rim hole.

For rims with conical holes, the conical-seat version must be chosen instead. Before fitting, check that the socket and the rim countersink match the nut. Tighten the nuts crosswise to the specified torque and retighten after the first few kilometres.
