Description

The circlip to DIN 472 is an internal circlip for bores. It holds the compact bearing axially in the wheel hub or brake drum; each version is assigned to one compact bearing size.

The circlip must match the outside diameter of the compact bearing. It is fitted with circlip pliers; after insertion, check that it sits in the groove all the way round. Renew the circlip when changing the bearing.
