Description

The compact bearing is a double-row angular contact ball bearing for the wheel bearing arrangement on trailer axles. As a closed unit, it takes up radial and axial loads together. The sealed version is intended for trailer axles that are frequently exposed to moisture, for example on boat trailers or caravans.

Selection is based on the inner and outer diameter and the width of the fitted bearing. When pressing it in, apply force via the outer ring only and tighten the axle nut to the torque specified by the axle manufacturer. Do not refit a bearing that has been pressed out.
