Description

The shaft seal is a replacement part for the wheel bearing assembly of the KNOTT unbraked axle VG7-L. It sits in the wheel hub in front of the tapered roller bearing, keeps the bearing grease inside the hub and prevents water and dirt from entering.

When replacing, align the sealing lip towards the bearing side and press the ring squarely into the hub. Fit a new ring every time the hub is removed, as the sealing lip is damaged during removal.
