Description

Shaft seal as a replacement part to fit BPW axles. The ring sits at the bearing point, keeps the lubricant inside and prevents water and dirt from reaching the bearing.

BPW uses different seals depending on axle and year of manufacture; the assignment is made via the dimensions of the removed ring or the manufacturer number of the fitted part. During installation, lightly grease the sealing lip, press the ring in straight and check the running surface for scoring.
