Description

The toothed segment belongs to the handbrake lever of GRÜMER overrun couplings of types AKP 1813 and AWS and AWUS 2020. When the parking brake is applied, the lever engages in its teeth and is prevented from releasing unintentionally.

It is replaced when the teeth are worn or damaged. Before ordering, check the type designation on the plate of the overrun coupling. After fitting, move through several ratchet positions and check that the lever holds securely in each one.
