Description

The AL-KO handbrake lever is intended for overrun couplings 161 R, 251 R and 251 S with a top-mounted handbrake lever. The gas spring acts as an energy store and re-tensions the brake if the trailer rolls back with the handbrake applied.

Mounting position and spring force must match the overrun coupling; separate levers are available for bottom mounting. The breakaway cable applies the brake if the trailer becomes detached.
