Description

The handbrake lever is a replacement part for AL-KO/BPW overrun couplings ZAF 2,0-1 and ZAF 2,8-1. It applies the parking brake when the trailer is parked.

The gas spring assists in applying the lever. The breakaway cable applies the brake if the trailer separates from the towing vehicle. Route the cable so that it does not chafe or become taut when cornering, and attach it separately to the towing vehicle.
