Description

The AL-KO handbrake lever with gas spring is intended for types 101, 102, 161 and 162 VB. The gas spring assists in applying the parking brake and holds the braking position.

The breakaway cable, which is attached to the towing vehicle, acts on the lever. If the trailer becomes detached while driving, the cable pulls the handbrake lever and brakes the trailer.
