Description

AL-KO/BPW gas spring for the overrun couplings ZAF 2,0-2 and ZAF 2,0-3. It sits on the handbrake lever, assists in applying the handbrake and keeps the parking brake under tension.

A weakened gas spring reduces the holding force of the parking brake and should be replaced. When replacing, secure the handbrake lever in the released position; the gas spring is under pressure and must not be opened.
