Description

The hold-down pin is a spare part for the PEITZ wheel brake S 234 R and the NIEPER wheel brakes GU 230 x 30 and GU 250 x 40. Together with the hold-down spring, it secures the brake shoe on the brake back plate.

The pin passes through the back plate and the shoe and is held by the spring. When changing the linings, check pins and springs for wear and renew them together if necessary.
