Description
The BPW return spring is the replacement spring for brake shoe sets of the BPW wheel brakes S 2304, S 2504 and S 3006-7. It pulls the brake shoes away from the drum after the brake is released.
The spring is usually renewed when the shoes are changed, as a stretched spring no longer pulls the shoes cleanly away from the drum. Replace the springs on both wheel brakes of an axle at the same time.
