Description

WAP expander unit for the W 205 RS, W 234 RS and W 235 RS wheel brakes. The unit sits between the ends of the brake shoes and, when braking, spreads them against the drum via the pull of the brake cable.

The associated small parts are supplied, so that the expander can be renewed completely. During installation, apply a thin coat of heat-resistant brake grease to the sliding surfaces and keep the linings and drum free of grease. Then adjust the brakes of both wheels of the axle evenly.
